Jason went to Brick Memorial High School, where he excelled in the classroom and on the baseball diamond. At the same time, Jason was accepted into the NJ Stars Program, which selected the top academic students in his class to attend junior college and also a state college for free. Jason attended Stockton University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. While attending Stockton, Jason was a winner of the New Jersey Society of CPAs Scholarship Fund for the Atlantic/Cape May Chapter. He also continued playing baseball and was the starting second baseman on the college’s team. After graduating from Stockton, Jason went on to complete his Master of Accountancy in Taxation degree from Rutgers Newark University.

When not working, Jason spends time with his wife Mary Kate and his sons Nolan and Gavin. He also enjoys playing golf and rooting for his two favorite teams: The New York Yankees and New York Giants.”

Jack attended Old Bridge High School and was inducted into their Wall of Fame in 2013. He graduated from Middlesex County College with an associate degree in accounting, Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and he went on to earn a master’s degree in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

His areas of business focus are in retirement, estate, investment and tax planning for his clientele of business owners, MLB umpires, physicians, executives and retirees. Prior to his financial services affiliation, Jack had a successful career as a professional baseball umpire reaching the Class AAA level. He won the Joe Ryan Award as the highest-rated umpiring prospect in the minor leagues in 1985.

As part of his community service activities, Jack has run a FREE youth umpire clinic every February for the last twenty years and has been treasurer of the Spring Lake Chamber of Commerce. As a coach and board member of the Brick American Little League, he helped lead the 14-year-old All Stars to the only State Championship in the 45-year history of the league in 2005. He also coached the state runner-up team in 2010 with a different group of players. Jack was president of the NJ/NY Chapter of the College Baseball Umpires Association (CBUA). He was the freshman baseball coach at St. Rose High School in Belmar, NJ for several years and has made significant donations to that program. Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. In his leisure time, Jack has gained an addiction to golf after retiring from baseball. He played in the United States over 30 Baseball League and Men’s Senior Baseball League (MSBL) for 19 years, winning many division titles and playing in multiple all-star games.

Jack has been married to his wife Eileen since 1986, and they have three children. His daughter, Kaitlin, was named the United States Department of Energy’s Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China. She has an undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and a graduate degree from Columbia University (School of International and Public Affairs). Her husband, Niels Lesniewski, is a White House correspondent for Roll Call.

His son, Christopher, attended Embry-Riddle University and at one time was the youngest commercial airline pilot in the country when he was hired by American Eagle at the age of 21. He is currently a Captain with Alaska Airlines working out of Los Angeles, CA. His wife, Siena, is a consultant for Apollo Investment Management in Los Angeles.

Jack’s son, Matthew, earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He was a catcher on their nationally ranked baseball team after winning all-division honors while attending St. Rose High School in Belmar, New Jersey. He is a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He currently is a Sales Representative for Ace Endico Corporation, a specialty food distributor.

Since then, she’s developed a passion for helping people pursue their financial goals and objectives. Originally a Florida native, Alli’s come to appreciate the amazing bagels, pizza, and food New Jersey has to offer! A retired law enforcement Lieutenant with twenty-six years of experience, Ray provided leadership while working in a variety of specialized units throughout his career. His ability to assess risk, navigate complex investigations, and maintain the highest standards of integrity now guides his approach to helping clients make confident financial decisions.

Before his law enforcement career, Ray began in public accounting and earned his CPA license—an accomplishment he always planned to return to. Now in his second professional chapter, Ray combines the analytical mindset of a CPA with the steady leadership and real-world insight developed over years in high-pressure environments. His goal: to help clients navigate financial decisions with clarity, strategy, and confidence. He holds an MBA, and he successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and the Series 7 exam.

Ray and his wife have created the family they always dream of, raising five children and now enjoying the joy of two grandchildren. Life has brought Ray its share of challenges too. Rosemary and her husband, John, reside in Wall Township where they are active members of the community.

Eileen Oujo

Eileen holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Seton Hall University. After working for the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office for 10 years, Eileen joined the firm on a part-time basis. Over the past 20 years, she has held many positions, including Client Services Coordinator and Estate Administration Specialist. Currently, Eileen works primarily in our Accounting Department preparing personal income tax returns. She is also available for special projects in the Wealth Management Department. Eileen enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is Jack’s most trusted advisor.

Casey grew up locally in Marlboro, New Jersey and received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University on the New Brunswick campus. He has expressed the desire to pursue his Series 66 and 7 securities licenses in the future to be able to better assist our clients with their fiduciary needs. Casey played ice hockey since he was 6 years old however, since graduating college, he does not play regularly anymore. In his free time now, he enjoys playing in a men’s roller hockey league and hitting the golf course whenever he can. He is also an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan, which may come as a surprise given the area we live in. Casey also loves attending the Rutgers Scarlet Knights football home games since his sister is currently attending Rutgers.

She brings over a decade of experience in client-focused roles, having spent six years in retail followed by four years in healthcare after earning her degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Her career is rooted in a passion for helping others, which makes her a strong supporter for clients in all their needs.

When she’s not helping clients, Paola loves to dive into a good book. She treasures time with her husband, Nick, and their young daughter, Layla. A proud Minnesota Vikings fan, Paola is patiently waiting for the day they clinch a Super Bowl victory.
