Wealth Management Assistant
(732) 556-4218

Raymond (Ray) Gardner brings a unique and disciplined approach to financial planning, shaped by more than two decades of service, leadership, and analytical precision. A retired law enforcement Lieutenant with twenty-six years of experience, Ray provided leadership while working in a variety of specialized units throughout his career. His ability to assess risk, navigate complex investigations, and maintain the highest standards of integrity now guides his approach to helping clients make confident financial decisions.

Before his law enforcement career, Ray began in public accounting and earned his CPA license—an accomplishment he always planned to return to. Now in his second professional chapter, Ray combines the analytical mindset of a CPA with the steady leadership and real-world insight developed over years in high-pressure environments. His goal: to help clients navigate financial decisions with clarity, strategy, and confidence. He holds an MBA, and he successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and the Series 7 exam.

Ray and his wife have created the family they always dream of, raising five children and now enjoying the joy of two grandchildren. Life has brought Ray its share of challenges too. Having experienced divorce and the loss of loved ones far too soon, he understands that life doesn't always go according to plan. His personal journey has given him deep empathy and perspective. He knows that setbacks happen—but with resilience, planning, and the right support, people can move forward with strength and clarity.  These life experiences, along with his professional accomplishments, give Ray a unique, personalized perspective when assisting clients.

Outside of work, Ray and his wife enjoy running, taking in all the Jersey Shore has to offer, experimenting with new recipes, and supporting local live music. A passionate sports fan, Ray looks forward to college football season every fall, cheering on Clemson, Penn State, and James Madison University. He also serves as a high school football and soccer official to keep active and engaged in the community.
